Job description

Foleys is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager, ideally coming out of an Industry, Construction, or Trades environment (Although any sector with a good mix of commercial and consumer clients will tick the box).

You will be very familiar with B2B marketing and business development and how to use market segmentation, key account management and CRM to win new customers and develop existing ones. You will understand the world of bids, tenders and RFPs and be able to support and maintain our bid infrastructure and capability.

On the consumer side, you will have experience using social media, broadcast media, and print media to cost effectively build mind and market share in key regions.

You will be able to bring both B2B and B2C strands together into an integrated marketing and communications strategy, and work alongside the CEO and Leadership Team to weave this into the broader business strategy.

What You’ll Do

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to deliver a unified brand strategy, manage day-to-day marketing activity, and drive long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Deliver and evolve the overarching marketing strategy
  • Oversee digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, email, website)
  • Own and develop our CRM to support smarter customer engagement
  • Lead B2B and B2C marketing with tailored messaging for each
  • Track performance and report on KPIs and ROI
  • Conduct competitor and customer analysis, identifying trends and opportunities in the trades sector
  • Use insights to inform product positioning and messaging
  • Coordinate agencies, sponsorships, and vendor relationships
  • Work closely with operations, sales, and customer service teams
  • Support employer brand and recruitment marketing
  • Assist with executive presentations and business communications

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience delivering end-to-end marketing strategies
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Strong hands-on CRM and data-led decision-making experience
  • Experience in multi-channel marketing and brand communication
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Understanding of B2B and B2C dynamics (trades, services, or construction ideal)
  • A practical, collaborative mindset – comfortable working with everyone including the CEO and our tradies
