WAF nominated and nationally renowned design studio based in the heart of Auckland, are currently on the lookout for a motivated senior architect to join their ranks. Experience in mixed‑use, residential, civic and cultural projects is paramount, as you will be instrumental in the design and delivery of complex projects both locally and internationally throughout. Alongside extensive project experience, you should demonstrate strong design sensibility and proficiency in Revit and / or ArchiCAD. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a highly collaborative studio that prioritises sustainability, co‑design, and cross‑cultural design principles. The ideal candidate is capable of working independently, taking initiative when needed, and contributing to the growth of the studio.

Job Description

• Work collaboratively within an award winning team on significant projects both around NZ and the Pacific
• Work at all project stages, developing design iterations and technical package delivery for review
• Draft drawing packages in ArchiCAD and Revit when needed
• Attend design critiques and design team meetings in studio and remotely
• Produce detailed information for building control and tender purposes
• Demonstrable experience working on large scale projects
• Revit and ArchiCAD experience is desirable
• Strong design ability showcased in portfolio
• Strong communication and team skills
