Oversee the quality and integrity of all maintenance work, as well as general handsReport to the General Manager on facility projects and update on improvement progressEnsure appropriate supply levels, and take care of the maintenance garageEffectively manage resources, while reviewing budget and costsRespond to emergencies and other operating problems to minimise disruptions, developing standard operating proceduresMore about youMinimum 3 years experience in maintenance & facilities managementValid and unrestricted NZ driver's licence and relevant licenses for dutiesNZ Trade qualified as an electrician, mechanic, plumber, engineer, or carpenter (preferred)Strong team management skills to achieve guest satisfaction and business objectivesAbility to deliver efficient maintenance solutions while adhering to budget and safety guidelinesFlexibility to a work a variety of shifts over a 7 day-week roster (Monday-Sunday)The application period will close on 03 / 10 / 2025, unless sufficient qualified candidates are identified sooner.Who we arePinewood Lodge offers a unique village-style accommodation amongst the breathtaking scenery of Queenstown, New Zealand, with panoramic views of The Remarkables.
