The Role

Hyatt seeks a Finance Business Partner who embraces agile principles and thrives in cross‑functional collaboration. As the Director of Finance, you will report directly to the General Manager and play a pivotal role in guiding strategic decision‑making and financial planning to drive the hotel’s performance and profitability. You will lead all financial operations of the hotel, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with financial regulations and standards. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who is passionate about empowering teams, driving results, and delivering value to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, and cash management.
• Oversee financial reporting, audits, and internal controls.
• Mentor the finance team and supervise IT & Procurement.
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives to boost revenue and efficiency.
• Build strong relationships with ownership and promote financial literacy.
