Chief Financial Officer

This is a key executive role for a high-velocity, fast-growing software business based on a subscription revenue model. The CFO will serve as the strategic financial leader, reporting directly to the CEO, responsible for driving profitable growth, financial strategy, and maximizing long-term shareholder value.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership : Act as the primary financial and strategic business partner to the CEO, developing and implementing financial models that support aggressive growth while optimizing for profitability and operational efficiency.
• Global Expansion & Strategy : Lead the financial planning, treasury, and compliance functions related to international operations and expansion, ensuring financial structures support global growth and currency risk management.
• Growth and Forecasting : Own the company's annual operating plan, long-range financial forecasts, and budgetary planning. Continuously monitor performance against key SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, Churn, LTV / CAC) to inform strategic decisions that drive scalable growth.
• Capital and Value Strategy : Lead all capital planning initiatives, including debt and equity fundraising, and investor relations. Strategically position the business for sustainable growth and financial readiness to maximize returns and long-term shareholder value.
• Cash and Liquidity Management : Aggressively manage working capital, treasury functions, and cash flow forecasting to ensure adequate runway and financial flexibility to fund strategic growth.
• Process and Scalability : Architect and implement state-of-the-art financial infrastructure, systems, and controls (e.g., billing, automation, compliance) that are robust enough to support rapid scaling and ensure audit readiness.
• Team Development & Risk : Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance, accounting, and legal team. Ensure strict financial compliance and manage business risks across the organization.
