We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Planner to join our MSN team based at our Mangere Wastewater Treatment Plant. As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for implementing maintenance plans that will ensure the integrity, reliability, and performance of the operational site, equipment, systems, and infrastructure we have.

You will also :

• Provide Engineering advice to Field supervisors and crew
• Analysing workload against company KPIs and resource availability
• Engaging with network engineers to resolve operational issues on the network.
• Managing Planned preventive maintenance and scheduling.
• Ensuring all documentation and job requirements for staff are available before work starts.
• Reporting back to Supervisors of issues and improvements of Maintenance Plans / Work orders
• Take a lead on complex assets (pump stations) reactive / planned maintenance.
• Co-ordinate with sub-contractors to deliver quoted and reactive works.
• Providing On call support currently based on a 1-in-4 roster / rotation

This is a fixed-term role until October 2026.
