Sales Executive, Canterbury Nissan

Canterbury Nissan is part of the Broad Oak Motor Group. We are searching for a talented, outgoing, responsible individual who is ready to take on multiple tasks, working closely with our Sales Manager in the heart of the dealership.

If so we are looking for talented individuals to join our sales team, selling new and used vehicles, with associated finance and insurance products.

This is a customer focused position to provide excellent communication to customers to understand their needs. Identify and develop potential customers by guiding them towards the most appropriate product and agree the sale. Work with colleagues and other teams across the dealership to provide a seamless high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Builds rapport and qualify the customer’s requirements
• Agree the details of the sale
• Co-ordinates order and delivery
• Builds the relationship with the customer during and following handover
• Develops relationships to win new business
• Work towards agreed sales targets and sales objectives
• Completion of all documentation as required to make the customer buying experience worry-free.
• Works as a full member of the dealership team
