Job Description

Are you passionate about shaping the future of healthcare?

We are looking for an experienced, innovative, and motivated Healthcare Tutor to join our team.

You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, engaging education to our students and helping them develop the skills they need for a successful healthcare career.

Your Key Responsibilities

Deliver courses using effective teaching methods and engaging materials aligned with lesson plans.

Provide academic support, helping students enhance their learning outcomes and employability.

Monitor and report on student progress, ensuring timely feedback and accurate assessment marking.

Collaborate on the development, review, and moderation of course materials to ensure they meet graduate outcomes.

Manage student records, including attendance, assessment results, and progress reports.

Participate in programme promotional activities and consistency review events.

Ensure course content meets all agency and compliance standards (NZQA, TEC, etc.).

Desired Skills And Experience

Background in healthcare education, with experience delivering courses and supporting students in an academic setting.

Innovative teaching approach, finding new ways to engage and motivate students.

Collaborative with other tutors and academic staff to enhance the overall programme experience.

Skilled in programme development and administration, ensuring all content and assessments are up to date and compliant with educational standards.

Ability to balance the needs of students with the administrative aspects of the role.
