The Operations Support Officer role is a fast-paced, frontline role which is vital to the Electoral Commission.
This role is responsible for providing timely, efficient, and quality support to the public who make enrolment related enquiries directly to the Electoral Commission, or that are escalated to the Commission from its call centre provider.
You also provide administrative support to the wider enrolment team and have a number of diverse tasks to complete.
This is a permanent role with a salary ranging from $61,550 - $68,390 depending on relevant skills and experience of the candidate.
This role will be based in Wellington CBD for 2026 with the possibility of location change in 2027.
This will be discussed at the interview stage.

You will have a customer focus background, be comfortable talking with customers over the phone and be able to able to prioritise your work.
