  • Based in or near Auckland, New Zealand and working full-time or part-time, you are responsible for :
  • Supporting the sales process by highlighting product features and capabilities as best fits our customers’ clinical requirements during demonstrations.
  • Advising and assisting customers on the implementation of optimal clinical procedures and protocols to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the provided equipment.
  • Delivering clinical education sessions to customers, adhering to established organisational standards, guidelines, and product-specific training materials, in accordance with education schedules developed in conjunction with the local sales team and education specialist.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of the local customer base and conducting regular customer touch point site visits.
  • Providing first- and second-line support to clinical support associate specialists and customers, offering guidance and expertise when additional knowledge or experience is required.
  • Working under general supervision and established processes, utilising independent judgment to navigate and adhere to operational policies, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
  • Applying analytical skills to resolve medium complexity requests efficiently, exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Participating in customer escalations, complaints (both safety and non-safety related), and feedback processes, following agreed-upon protocols to accurately capture information and manage associated actions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to address customer concerns and enhance product performance.
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the organisation’s products, clinical applications, and relevant industry standards to effectively support customers and provide informed recommendations.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the service organisation, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance service delivery, and optimise customer satisfaction.
  • Engaging in moderately complex clinical or system applications assignments, following established procedures and protocols to ensure consistent and efficient execution of tasks.
  • Establishing productive internal / external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions and identifies the most economically efficient solution to minimise customer downtime while maximizing the optimal utilisation of the delivered equipment.
  • To succeed in this role, you will need a customer-first attitude and the following :
  • Post-graduate qualification in medical ultrasound.
  • 2+ years’ experience as an accredited medical sonographer across a broad range of clinical areas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • A valid driver's license.
