Capability Developer - Central Region - Based in Levin
Location : Horowhenua / Levin / Otaki, NZ

This is / these are regional positions, so you’ll need the flexibility to work across multiple sites within the Central region. The specific home base will be agreed at interview (or the role will be located at Levin site with travel across the region as required.
As a Capability Developer, you’ll be a key driver of MSD’s workforce development across the region. Your purpose is to build the practice skills, confidence and professionalism of our frontline staff—Case Managers, Work Brokers and other customer-facing roles—so they can consistently deliver excellent outcomes for the people and communities we serve.

Salary | Utu-ā-tau : $79,200.00 - $95,873.00
