Position — Account Director

Location — Auckland

About the Role

This is a career‑defining Account Director role where you will :

  • Work with a category leader in CX Banking Solutions
  • Drive Growth within Tier 2 banks and Credit Unions
  • Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities : construct large complex enterprise deals
  • Transformative Sales : executive‑level engagement, extended sales cycles and large $1M+ transformation deals

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in an Enterprise Sales Role, selling software / SaaS solutions to banks.
  • Leading large enterprise acquisitions with multi‑year, multi‑million dollar contracts.
  • Deep understanding of the banking sector and its technological needs.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building relationships and influencing decision‑makers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
