We’re Hiring Client Success Manager | Remote | Flexible Hours

We are seeking experienced client-facing professionals to support AI training projects focused on customer relationship management and service quality. You will evaluate AI-generated responses related to client success scenarios and provide structured feedback to improve AI understanding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, empathy, and professionalism.
  • Provide detailed feedback to improve AI understanding of customer success practices.
  • Collaborate with project teams to maintain consistent quality and tone.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Prior experience in client management or account coordination preferred.
