Warehouse Morning Shift Supervisor – Christchurch

Are you an experienced warehouse leader looking for your next step up? We’re seeking a driven and people-focused Warehouse Supervisor to join our tight‑knit team and help drive operational excellence.

The Role

Morning Shift : Monday – Friday, 5 : 45 am – 2 : 15 pm
Permanent full‑time position
Competitive pay : $26–$30 per hour (depending on experience)
Location : Hillsborough, Christchurch

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading a motivated warehouse team on the morning shift

Hands‑on supervision, including performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, and labour planning

Ensuring safety, productivity, and quality standards are consistently met

Playing a key role in continuous improvement initiatives

About You

Proven leadership experience in a warehouse / distribution environment (essential)

Strong staff management skills – you’re comfortable having performance conversations, resolving conflict, and getting the best out of your people

Excellent communication and a genuinely personable approach

Reliable, proactive, and able to lead by example in a fast‑paced setting

Long‑term career focus – this role has genuine potential to progress into a Site Manager position for the right person

You must be able to pass both a pre‑employment drug test and a police check
