Qualified Baker - Full-Time

We are a busy Christchurch Supermarket looking for a qualified baker to join our busy B akery team.

Our team is looking for someone who can produce high-quality products to Riccarton PAK'nSAVE standards.

We value great communication , teamwork, and reliability.

Bakery Trade Qualification (e.g., NZ Certificate in Baking (Level 4) or equivalent)

Alternatives : At least one years' industry experience in a commercial bakery

Strong commitment and good work ethic

Reliable and honest

Ability to thrive in a busy work environment

Medium to high level of physical fitness

Well-developed time management and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Duties I nclude :

P roduction of doughs

P roduct preparation

B read making, traying up, baking off, and other varied duties

Adhere to all Food Safety and Health and Safety standards

This is a full -time position and will include at least one weekend day with shifts starting at 3 am.

This role would suit someone who can work well both in a team as well as independently at times.
