Teacher Aide

We are looking to appoint a fixed-term teacher aide, to work alongside students with high and complex needs in Years 9‑13.

• Genuine interest to work as part of a team with students with diverse learning, behavioural, social and emotional needs.
• Desire to work in a school community and a commitment to Spotswood College values.
• Ability to work in a transdisciplinary team which includes other Teacher Aides, Teachers and Therapists.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build and sustain high‑trust relationships with students and staff members.
• Empathy, enthusiasm, patience and a ‘can do’ attitude.

The position is 25 hours per week, term‑time only, with immediate start.
