The Role :
We are currently seekingaPump Technicianto join our team.
This role is responsible for theservicing, maintenance, repair, and upkeep of wastewater pumps and ssociatedsystems, including UV disinfection equipment.
You'll play a vital role inensuring the reliable and efficient operation of pump stations across thedistrict - critical infrastructure that protects public health, meetsregulatory standards, and supports sustainable water services.
Key Responsibilities :
Maintenanceof wastewater pump stations(including pump lifts, inspections, servicing, and cleaning)
Wetwell cleaning and wastewater treatment pump servicing
Screeninspections at Wastewater Treatment Plants
Sewerair valve servicing and UV system checks
Aeratorcleaning and response to pump blockages
Developmentand oversight of ongoing maintenance plans and schedules and maintainingaccurate records.
What We're Looking For :
We're seeking someone withhands-on experience working with pumps - particularly wastewater pumps - and apractical, solutions-focused approach.
