Our System Commissioning & Performance (SC&P) Group plays a pivotal role in how ACC partners with the health sector to deliver better outcomes for New Zealanders.
We're now looking for a strategic and experienced leader to step into the role of Head of System Monitoring & Performance - someone who can elevate our approach to health sector intelligence and performance management, driving innovation and impact across the system.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with the commissioning lifecycle for critical health services-ensuring provider capabilities are aligned with ACC's strategic goals to deliver improved outcomes. Through innovative approaches to provider engagement and performance monitoring, you'll foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across our health service network.
The Head of System Monitoring & Performance reports to our Deputy Chief Executive, System Commissioning and Performance.

The appointing salary range for this role is $189,346-$245,040 with appointment depending on skills and experience and internal relativities. We offer hybrid working options, a 9% employer superannuation contribution.
