We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Executive Assistant (Claims Support) to join our team for a 3-month contract.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to ensure smooth and accurate processing of employee medical claims.

Monday to Friday
8.30am to 6.00pm
Office-based, One-North
$2,580 – $3,000 (based on experience)
3 months contract (extendable / convertible)
Key Responsibilities
Support the Cashless Medical Bill ePay backlog cleaning exercise, ensuring accurate and timely processing of outstanding claims.
Assist in the processing, verification, and submission of employee medical claims, including Cashless and Employee Self Submission (ESS) claims.
Handle claims-related enquiries, liaising with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Claims Team, including data entry, documentation, and report preparation.
Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support daily team operations.
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Prior experience in claims processing or administrative support is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
