This is an exciting fixed term contract in the People and Culture team, covering maternity leave.
The role includes :
EA duties supporting the MD and GM
Supporting the People and Culture team with administrative duties such as :
recruiting
onboarding
managing change
disciplinary processes
employee records
data input
Responsibility for the building (repairs, contractors, inspections and annual building WoF)
Running and organising events
To be successful you will need
A strong administration / PA background
HR experience is an advantage
Professionalism and confidentiality
Excellent and clear communication, both verbal and written
High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
Excellent computer skills
