About Bloom Transitions

The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Do’er & AI Champion who loves to get things done, solve problems, and make workflows run smoother.

You will help connect marketing, sales, and operations through smarter processes across HubSpot, Shopify, and AI tools. You will set up and manage CRM platforms, refine automations, and explore how AI can streamline and enhance day-to-day work across the business.

This is a hands-on role that combines strategy and doing. You will work with real data, real people, and real tools, making sure everything runs smarter, faster, and cleaner.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and optimise CRM and marketing workflows (HubSpot)
  • Set up and manage automations across marketing, sales, and operations
  • Support e-commerce setups and integrations (Shopify)
  • Experiment with AI tools and agents to improve how work gets done
  • Map, document, and refine processes across multiple business functions
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver projects that have real impact
  • Keep learning, testing, and improving how we use systems and tech

You’ll Fit Right In If You :

  • Have hands-on experience with CRM and marketing systems (HubSpot a plus)
  • Are curious about AI and enjoy figuring out how to use it in practical ways
  • Love making processes work better and smarter
  • Communicate clearly and enjoy solving messy problems
  • Can manage your time, work independently, and stay flexible
  • Want to be part of a small, grounded team that values initiative and honesty
