  • As we welcome our new Reserve Bank Governor, we are also looking to welcome a new Senior Engagement Advisor to support our nationally significant mahi.

  • , salary range $124,251 to $135,296 depending on experience
  • Te turanga - The role
  • Our Enterprise Services Group drives our strategic objectives by ensuring effective governance, legal, compliance, project management, risk management, and business resilience.

It aligns our strategies, communications, independent oversight, and seamless enterprise services, while safeguarding our reputation and continually adapting.

In this role you will provide strategic, high-value communications and engagement advice that supports our purpose, priorities, and reputation.

You will empower business units to lead their own communications by offering expert guidance, frameworks, and tools.

As a Senior Advisor you will play a key role in strengthening our internal capability, managing media relationships, and ensuring communications are effective, inclusive, and aligned with our strategic direction.

  • We're looking for a collaborative worker, who can work to deadlines effectively and is confident providing strategic advice to senior leaders.
  • To be successful in this role you will have :

  • Good understanding of the requirements of the news media, and experience and understanding of reputation management
  • Knowledge and experience with internal communications, engagement and change principles
  • The ability to write clearly and concisely for non-technical audiences
  • Sound knowledge of communications channels and metrics
  • Experience in evaluating and measuring the impact of communications and engagements, and using these insights to continually improve
