We have an exciting opportunity for a transport coordinator to join our Auckland team! With an extensive network across New Zealand, Team Global Express gets things moving. We’re on a journey to be the most sustainable logistics leader in New Zealand and are committed to winning our customers’ trust through delivering operational excellence.

Shift : Monday - Friday, 9 : 00am - 5 : 30pm and rostered Saturdays if required.

About The Role - Mō Te Tūranga

In this role, you’ll act as the central point of contact for our customer, managing all aspects of their daily transport needs. You’ll coordinate bookings, pricing, and service delivery while maintaining strong communication with both the customer and carriers to ensure transport requirements are met on time and to a high standard.

Additional Key Duties

• Use CRM systems to record and manage customer support activities.
• Prepare and manage quotes for transport services.
• Coordinate urgent or time-sensitive transport requirements from pricing through to completion.
• Communicate clearly and regularly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet and enhance service standards.
