Customer Relations Representative (Remote)

Join a dynamic software development environment as a part-time remote Customer Relations Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and their issues are resolved efficiently. You will play a key part in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and supporting the continuous improvement of products and services. This position is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, thrive in remote settings, and have a keen interest in the software industry.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases as needed
Document customer interactions and feedback to inform product and service improvements
Maintain accurate records of support cases and resolutions
Collaborate with internal teams to address recurring issues and enhance customer experience
Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather additional feedback
Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required

Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting

Experience in customer service, preferably within the software development or IT sector

Familiarity with support ticketing systems and CRM tools is advantageous

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Proactive problem-solving attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent service
