Designation : Lead Learning Support Trainer
Responsibilities
Deliver Adult Curriculum
Ensure the smooth conduct of AC throughout cluster
Ensure the smooth conduct of assessments to monitor progress of clients' learning
Work with AM (AC) on the schedule of delivery of the AC, ensuring that an LST is always assigned
Identify any operational challenges with conduct of AC and work with AM (AC) on solutions
Work with AM (AC) to monitor the conduct and delivery of AC across the cluster
Work with AM (AC) to plan AC related module sharing
Work with HR and LLD team to plan for identified competency training for LST, TOs
Work with AM (AC) to collate feedback on the conduct and delivery of AC across the cluster
Report progress of conduct of AC to Cluster Management and LLD
Ensure on-the-ground adaptive learning is taking place, identify possible challenges and work with LST and internal entities for solutioning
Suggest during and post-implementation improvements of AC when necessary
Knowledge Management
Ensure the smooth management of a resource library of programme activities, resources and tools to be used by LSTs, TOs and ground staff
Collate feedback on the usage of learning resources across the cluster
Administrative
Work with AM (AC) on the lesson delivery and lesson planning relating to the AC, which includes planning training schedules and running the lesson in the absence of an assigned LST
Maintain and update AC delivery calendar / roster
Ensures that logistical needs are met for the AC delivery (e.g. having working projectors, stationery etc) (including management and budgeting purchase of Learning Devices and MDM)
Collaboration and Training
Monitor the training needs of LST across the cluster
Co-ordinate and collaborate with AHPs to provide targeted resources to guide TOs on clients that require more specific interventions
Ensure timetabling for TOs to generalise skills in day-to-day activities
Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in any relevant discipline e.g. Special Education, Disability Studies, Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Training & Development, Curriculum design
Other Information
Minimum of 5-6 years of experience working directly with persons with disabilities in the area of training is highly desirable
Strong understanding of ID / ASD and their learning needs
Experience in stakeholder management e.g. working with curriculum developers
Experience in lesson adaptation and differentiated learning approaches
Possesses strong organisation skills, time management and problem-solving skills.
Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills
