Job descriptionDevelop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities. Build and manage client relationships to drive long‑term success. Lead, mentor, and support a high‑performing sales team. Deliver engaging presentations to potential clients and partners. Convert leads into sales (no cold calling, no door‑to‑door sales). Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License (we assist with the licensing process). Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
