HVAC / Refrigeration Technician and Registered Electrician - Rangiora

Variety & challenge… there’s no getting bored here! Laser Electrical Rangiora might be a small team, but we’ve got a wide variety of expertise and the jobs to match!

We’re looking for two switched-on people to join our team as a HVAC and / or Refrigeration Technician and a switched on Registered Electrician to work their wizardry across our residential, new build, light commercial, and maintenance contracts on a permanent full-time basis.

So how about it? Here’s what we need from you :

HVAC / Refrigeration Technician Requirements

  • HVAC / Refrigeration Trade qualification
  • 2 + Years post qualification experience
  • Understanding of installations, servicing and maintenance of commercial HVAC / refrigeration
  • Fault finding & diagnostics knowledge
  • Current NZ License with EWRB
  • Full NZ Drivers Licence with the ability to drive manual
  • Ability to work unsupervised and autonomously
  • This is a sole charge role so you MUST know what you are doing
  • Excellent customer service skills

Registered Electrician Requirements

  • NZ Registered Electrician with a current EWRB practicing license
  • Proven NZ experience in residential, light commercial, renovation & service work
  • Full NZ Drivers Licence with the ability to drive manual
  • Ability to work unsupervised and able to organize others
  • A great attitude with a commitment to learning and growing your career
  • Excellent customer service style - you must like people!
  • Positive references that’ll vouch for your quality workmanship
