About You

Previous supervisory and / or management experience in customer service or retail apparel industry

Experience in achieving KPIs including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage, and mystery shops

Excellent communication and people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor, and motivate a team

Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities

Vibrant, energetic, and authentic with a positive attitude

Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
