Job descriptionPartner with regional brokering partners. Down to earth, collegial team. Broad exposure to varying types of commercial underwriting ranging from commercial property, commercial motor, and liability along with marine and engineering risks. Type : Permanent, full time. Hybrid role, happy to talk flexible working. Contributing to the overall strategy, planning and execution of policies, product plan and outcomes of portfolio balance. Underwrite standard and complex risk business in accordance with the business plan, guidelines within individual earned or delegated underwriting authority. Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relationships. Provide oversight and support to achieve growth via quotes, management of renewals, policy maintenance, problem solving and relationship building with intermediaries.
