Inventory Team Lead

We’re on the hunt for a passionate, proactive Inventory Team Lead to join our Operations crew and help keep the good stuff moving, from inwards goods to the production line, and ultimately into the hands of our loyal foodie customers.

Reporting to our Inventory Manager, you will be their right-hand person ensuring that processes and procedures are being followed to our Gold Standard.

What’s on your plate :

• Promote and lead safe behaviours and high health & safety standards
• Manage hazard identification, incident investigations, and housekeeping
• Oversee MHE safety and maintenance
• Coordinate inwards goods and stock flow with Inventory Manager guidance
• Maintain stock location plans and manage ERP-based inventory processes
• Lead monthly stock takes and resolve ingredient issues proactively
• Communicate inventory performance and elevate critical issues
• Improve DIFOT, stock accuracy, and reduce waste
• Manage Sunday stock processes and crate / pallet handling
• Participate in cross-functional planning and operational improvements
• Use root cause analysis to resolve inventory discrepancies
• A knack for motivating people and solving problems on the fly
• Forklift / reach license and a valid driver’s license
• Solid inventory know-how and data analysis skills
• Flexibility, great communication, and a love for fast-paced, high performing environments
