Casual Recruitment Assistant / HR opportunity

About the opportunity

We are a unique and proactive hiring solution and have been helping small to medium businesses throughout New Zealand and Australia for the past 10 years! We are looking for a casual employee to help with our workload. You would learn our process and systems and gain experience across core recruitment functions. Our delivery model has been hiring students for the past 10 years with the experience gained giving many of them a clear advantage when they have finished studies and gone on to look for permanent HR roles.

Role description

In this role, you will learn the ins and out of the recruitment process. Initially, you will handle the review and management of applications, moving on to phone screening, candidate sourcing and other administrative duties.

This role will suit someone who is studying in the HR field (ideally around their second year of university) and has career interests in HR with a genuine desire to learn.
