JOB DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for enthusiastic Maintenance Crew to join the team at McDonald's.

A maintenance employee is primarily focused on cleanliness of the restaurant (internally and externally) and preparing the restaurant for trade each day.

We are a 24-hour business which means we can offer flexibility to suit when works for you.

Days and hours may change and vary in time to meet the needs of the restaurant.Your keys to successWell-presented, friendly and organised with a high level of attention to detailAble to work autonomouslyAvailable to work early mornings to prepare the restaurant for tradeAble to complete the physical requirements of the role - ability to mop, scrub, climb ladders, clean windows and toiletsFull working rights in New Zealand is requiredTasks & ResponsibilitiesMaintain all aspects of the internal and external restaurant environment to provide a clean, functioning and welcoming environment for Crew, Managers and CustomersEnsure equipment is well functioning and the restaurant environment is safe and secureMaintain the restaurant carpark, patio and all exterior equipment including, but not limited to : bins, gardens, curbs, signage, floors, tables and chairsOrganise and clean the back area of the restaurant including the corral area and staff toiletsComplete ad hoc maintenance tasks when requested by the Management teamPerks of being a part of our TeamDiscounted Maccas (Yum!)You will receive our world-renowned trainingFlexible work hours, we offer shifts that fit around your life and commitmentsWe are a diverse workplace and equal-opportunity employerOur workplace is fun and welcomingQUALIFICATIONSHospitality and maintenance experience is not required, however advantageous.
