Do you love meeting people, sharing stories, and exploring exciting destinations? We’re looking for a friendly, responsible, and energetic Tour Guide to join our team! It is a full-time permanent role with a minimum guaranteed 30 hours of work per week.

As a Tour Guide, your job would require :

1. Your main job is to take visitors on tours to see different sights and attractions. This means

walking with them, pointing out interesting things, and sharing fun facts.

2. When guests arrive, you will be the first person they see. It’s your job to greet them warmly, introduce yourself, and make them feel welcome and excited about the tour.

3. As you lead the tour, you’ll need to keep everyone in the group together. This involves

making sure no one gets lost, encouraging participation, and keephing the group engaged.

4. It’s important to look after the safety of all visitors. You’ll watch for any potential hazards

and ensure that everyone stays safe. You’ll also make sure that their personal belongings,

like bags and cameras, are secure while on the tour.

5. You will take notes on who is joining the tour. This helps you keep track of everyone and

ensures that nobody is left behind.

6. Before the tour starts, you’ll create a detailed schedule that outlines what activities will

happen and when. This includes planning stops at various attractions and ensuring

everything fits into the day.

7. During the tour, you will lead the group, explain what they are seeing, and share stories or

information about the locations. Your enthusiasm and knowledge will help make the tour

enjoyable.

8. If part of the tour involves travel, you’ll drive the guests to their accommodations or

different attractions according to the planned schedule. This means being a safe and

responsible driver.

9. You’ll handle the practical aspects of the tour, such as buying tickets for any attractions. If guests need any special equipment (like binoculars for bird watching), you’ll make sure to

have those ready.

10. Throughout the tour, guests might have questions or need assistance. You’ll be there to

answer their questions, provide them with brochures or maps, and explain how to navigate

different sites. Your goal is to make sure they have a great experience.

Requirements :

 Holds a full class 1 driving license or equivalent overseas license

 Must hold minimum Level 4 qualification OR two years of relevant work experience
