About the Role

With exciting and innovative upcoming projects in Queenstown, we are seeking an experienced Site Manager who can lead from the front and deliver projects to the highest standard. The role involves overseeing commercial builds from start to finish, collaborating closely with Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers, while guiding and mentoring both site teams and trade partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Programme planning and scheduling of site activities
• Liaison with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors
• Coordination of subcontractors and trade partners
• Health and safety reporting and compliance
• Full ownership of site performance, proactively driving solutions
• Balancing hands‑on work with management oversight
• Ensuring quality, budgets, and timelines are consistently met

About You

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in Commercial Construction, in New Zealand and / or Australia, with strong site management experience.

Excellent communication skills and strong IT capabilities are essential, with the confidence to navigate challenging conversations while keeping the team aligned and motivated.
