About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, well‑organised Customer Service / Sales team member who can confidently communicate with :
Customers (walk‑ins + phone + email)The Sales TeamWarehouse & LogisticsAll internal departments across the businessThis is a fast‑paced, varied role.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Greeting and assisting walk‑in trade customersAnswering incoming calls and responding to email enquiriesProcessing customer orders in our system (Accredo)Working closely with the Warehouse for dispatch and stock informationCreating quotes and providing product recommendationsLiaising with the Sales Team regarding customer accounts and queriesAssisting with showroom presentation and front‑of‑house operationsGeneral administrative dutiesSupporting other departments when needed — flexibility is keyThe Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous customer‑facing or retail / hospitality experiencePrevious Administration or Sales experience.Strong communication and people skillsAbility to multitask and work well under pressureAccuracy and attention to detailConfidence using computers — Accredo experience advantageousProblem‑solving ability and a calm, professional approachA willingness to help wherever needed in a small, close‑knit teamWhat We Offer
