Join PwC's Transformation Design and Delivery team in Poneke / Wellington as we work to deliver meaningful outcomes for our clients across Aotearoa.

Our team are experienced in large scale transformation delivery with planning, coordinating, and driving the delivery of outcomes - often involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers and vendors - and across different locations .

Programme and Project Management is a critical enabler of this and is the foundation of our most significant engagements.

Leverage your expertise in transformation delivery to make a significant impact for our clients in the following areas :

Transformation Design and Governance : Lead the delivery of major transformation programmes across diverse clients and industries, providing strategic guidance and governance to ensure successful transformations.

Transformation Management and Major Project Delivery : Leverage your expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients by managing initiatives within budget, scope, and timelines.

Serve as a trusted advisor in project steering and advisory roles, performing health-checks, rescuing troubled projects, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities, and building deep stakeholder relationships.

Organisational and Tech nology Change Management : Drive successful organisational change an d technology adoption by developing and implementing robust change management plans, strategies, and interventions, fostering stakeholder engagement, and driving seamless transformational change.

10+ years program management experience

Det ailed working knowledge of at least one of : Portfolio, Programm e & Project Ma nagement (3PM), PRINCE2, PMI / PMBOK, Agile - SAFe , ICAgile, Scrum

Experienced running complex cross-functional projects / programs

Experience working with and influencing senior and Executive stakeholders

Experience coaching and mentoring team members
