Digital Producer _

As a Digital Producer, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional website & appdigital projects at Daylight.

Working closely with our Digital Production Lead and wider digital team, you'll coordinate delivery, maintain project momentum, and ensure every detail, from timelines to quality, aligns with client goals and internal standards.

You'll manage client communications, support production workflows, and help keep projects on track, on time, and within scope.

What your day could look like :

Manage and coordinate digital projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality are consistently met.

Support the Digital Production Lead and internal teams by maintaining clear documentation, schedules, and communication across all stakeholders.

Serve as a key point of contact for clients — facilitating updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment on project goals.

Partner with designers, developers, and strategists to maintain project flow, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure alignment between creative vision and technical execution.

Support the QA process to ensure projects have met key standards, and are ready for client review.

Assist with project budgets and resource management, tracking progress and supporting estimates, proposals, and reporting.

Contribute to continuous improvement across production processes, bringing ideas for efficiency, clarity, and impact.

Help maintain a culture of collaboration and accountability within the production team.

Who are we looking for?

Locally based applications only; you need to be located in Auckland, NZ

3+ years of experience in digital production, project coordination, or a related field.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — confident working with clients and internal teams alike.

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and a working knowledge of agile delivery.

A basic understanding of digital production processes and technologies (websites, apps, CMS platforms, etc.).

A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and willingness to learn from others.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, initiative, and adaptability matter.

Our approach to flexible working

For this role, we are looking for an Auckland-based candidate, as we love to work closely and ensure that lead roles across the business are present in the office, helping to steer and direct our design, development and project teams.

We have a flexible working environment where staff are asked to be in the office on Monday and Friday and can choose WFH days in the middle of the week as required.
