Job description

We are seeking a Sports Co‑ordinator to join our school team (Year 9 to 13 students). This position is permanent, part‑time (30 hours per week) during term times only.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and organise school sports programmes, fixtures, and events
Maintain accurate records, schedules, and communication with staff, students, and parents
Support the Sports Department with administration and planning
Assist in the promotion of school sporting activities and achievements

Requirements

Administrative oversight of multiple sport codes within the school

A keen and genuine interest in sport and teenagers

Strong computer literacy, including confidence with email, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys a busy environment and wants to make a positive impact on school sport. Must have a Full Drivers Licence.
