The Senior Manager, Strategy & Policy Office, plays a critical role in shaping Synapxe's corporate strategies and positioning within the broader health and technology ecosystem.

You will be part of a high performing team supporting Synapxe leadership to plan, formulate and review initiatives in alignment to the organisation's priorities.Role & ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Synapxe senior leaders to identify, establish and align strategic objectives and priorities across the organisation and with the Ministry of Health (MOH), including national health strategiesPartner with various business units and leaders to facilitate the annual corporate work planning exercise, which includes translating organisational priorities into measurable outcomes and work plans, and monitoring and communicating the progress regularly to relevant stakeholdersOrganise and manage key leadership and stakeholder forums, including Executive Meetings, Senior Leaders' Meetings, Staff Conference and Town HallsProvide strategic staffing support to CE for Synapxe management and board forums, MOH forums, as well as entities and inter-agency forums, etc.Develop and articulate policy positions on organisational and healthtech issues, and synthesise complex information / perspectives into clear recommendations for decision-makingSupport CE in other priority work initiatives, and assist in other Strategy & Policy Office initiatives as neededRequirementsDegree in Business Administration, Public Health, or related field; a Master's degree is advantageousAt least 7-10 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy and planning work for large organisations, preferably in the healthcare or technology domainsStrong analytical, writing and presentation skills, with the ability to distil complex issues / perspective into clear and compelling narratives, concepts, policies, frameworks, etc.Versatile, proactive self-starter, with a high level of resourcefulness and adaptability in a complex, fast-paced environment, and a willingness to try out new ways of workingComfortable navigating change and ambiguity, and managing complex stakeholder dynamicsStrong interpersonal skills with a track record of being able to work and relate well with colleagues of various seniorities, and foster collaboration to achieve shared goalsA strong proficiency of MS Office suite, particularly Teams, SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint (prior experience with AI tools is advantageous)
