About the Role
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented marketing professional with a strong brand mindset and a passion for DIY, home, and garden.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on owning and elevating a brand across every customer touchpoint, from digital campaigns and social media to in-store presentation and packaging.
You'll be a confident brand manager and creative thinker who can translate strategy into action, ensuring the Strol brand is consistently represented to a world-class standard.
About You
Your X factor lies in your ability to be both strategic and hands-on, you take initiative, bring ideas to the table, and are deeply invested in building a brand that resonates with customers and drives business growth.
A true product champion, working cross-functionally and taking the lead in maintaining and enhancing brand presence across all platforms.
Responsibilities
Executing and supporting the brand's marketing strategy across digital, in-store, and internal platforms.
Managing marketing projects from concept to completion, conducting regular in-store visits to assess brand presence, and coordinating updates to merchandising, packaging, and signage.
Supports digital marketing efforts through content creation, social media, website updates, and performance analysis to maximize return on investment.
Maintain retailer portals, ensures accurate product data, and provides key insights through ongoing product and competitor research.
Strong collaboration with internal teams, project management, and deep product knowledge are essential, alongside a commitment to health and safety protocols.
To be considered, you'll need to hold a tertiary qualification in marketing and / or communications and a minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, or as a marketing coordinator.
