Crossing Hurdles is recruiting for the Biology PhDs (Wet Lab Experience) role. This is an hourly contract, remote position.
Position : Biology PhDs (Wet Lab Experience)
Type : Hourly Contract
Compensation : $60–$80 / hour
Location : Remote
Commitment : 10–40 hours / week
Role Responsibilities
- Biology Research Evaluation : Test AI models\' understanding of potential failures in biological research protocols and identify ways to mitigate these issues.
- Content Development : Apply knowledge of biological research methodology to assess and develop strategies for improving AI capabilities in biological research.
- Collaboration : Work with researchers and peers to refine content, validate accuracy, and ensure AI models meet scientific standards in the biology domain.
- Documentation : Contribute to developing scientific benchmarks for AI model evaluation in the biological field.
