As an Application Support Analyst, you'll be hands-on in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimising the business applications that underpin Health NZ's success.
Working closely with your Team Lead, business stakeholders, and technical experts, you'll ensure our applications are reliable, efficient, and continuously improving.From resolving incidents and supporting users to enhancing system performance and collaborating with development teams, you'll be at the centre of delivering stable, effective solutions.

With hands-on experience in application support, you're confident working across systems and tools, building relationships, and driving positive outcomes.2-3 years' application support or IT experience, with proven troubleshooting skillsExperience across applications, systems, and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management), ideally in healthcareKnowledge of operating systems, databases, cloud platforms, and / or scripting, with a focus on IT security best practiceRelevant IT qualification (or equivalent experience); ITIL certification is a bonusStrong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to create a safe, supportive, and high-performing environmentWorking for Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
