Join a leading fertility clinic where your clinical expertise will directly support patients on their fertility journey.Working closely with specialists, you'll ensure every patient experiences safe, high-quality care and compassionate support throughout their procedure.
There is always another RN in theatre with the doctor, creating a strong collaborative environment.

What you have to do
You'll be part of a dedicated nursing team supporting a range of fertility procedures including :
Assist with egg collections (pick-ups) and embryo transfers
Support hysteroscopy procedures and coordinating pre / post care
Performing anaesthetic and sedation monitoring (light sedation and deeper sedation with anaesthetist present)
Provide PACU and recovery care following procedures
Prepare and maintaining sterile fields for procedures
Ensure patient safety, comfort, and emotional support during treatments
Skills and Experience
Current NZ Nursing Council registration and APC
Previous theatre, PACU, or procedural nursing experience (essential)
Experience with anaesthetic monitoring and light sedation
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
A patient-focused approach with empathy and professionalism
RNAA nurses (Registered Nurse Anaesthetic Assistants) are particularly well-suited for this role and tend to transition smoothly into the fertility environment.
