Senior Project Manager - Consultancy

Due to growth, they are now looking for a senior level project manager.

Typically you will need to be able to :

• Establish the project through appointing consultants, producing feasibility reports, monitoring all statutory processes and advising on procurement options
• Project manage the construction phase, having responsibility for QA / risk, financial reporting, budget management / cost control, and programming
• Manage stakeholders and conduct and / or chair meetings
• Play a key support to Director role in the providing advisory services to their client base

As a senior project manager, you will need tocome from aproject management consultancy background.You have 10+ years of NZ / UK based experience with involvement on vertical projects across industries such as health, education and industrial and / or exposure to horizontal projects would be advantageous such as utilities and transportation. A tertiary qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, is essential. Leadership qualities, a tenacious attitude and passion for what you do will make the cut in this environment. Your ability to articulate issues, harness relationships and build your own brand in the industry will enable success.
