Overview

As our new Strategic Partner Sales Manager - ANZ you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Atlassian’s growth across ANZ. You’ll build and manage a high-performing, partner-led sales pipeline, secure strategic deals with key partners, and foster strong relationships to deliver exceptional value for both partners and customers. Acting as a trusted advisor to Account Executives and strategic sales teams, you’ll support team success through expert partner engagement and solution alignment.

You will join a newly formed collaborative Partner Sales Team across APAC and EMEA, reporting to the Head of International Partner Sales. You\'ll help shape our culture, share ideas, and drive our global partner ecosystem, ensuring every voice is valued.

Although this is a remote position, regular and ongoing travel to partner sites is essential. We anticipate travel requirements. Candidates must be based within a reasonable commuting distance to Sydney to ensure regular travel to partner sites and customers is feasible.

Responsibilities

  • Drive regional growth by building and managing a robust, partner-led sales pipeline
  • Secure and close strategic deals with key partners, enabling high-value enterprise deals between partners and customers
  • Be a key resource and expert advisor to Account Executives and strategic sales teams, supporting success through partner engagement and solution alignment
  • Foster strong, trusted relationships with partners and customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and value delivery
  • Leverage market insights to shape and execute go-to-market strategies, championing partners and delivering value

Qualifications

  • Background in top-tier SaaS vendors or major cloud providers with ability to drive ANZ results
  • Extensive direct enterprise sales experience, including quota-carrying, pipeline creation, and deal management; partner ecosystem knowledge
  • Experience with Global and Strategic System Integrators (GSIs / SIs) in ANZ or comparable enterprise environments
  • Experience in partner account management in complex, quota-driven co-sell environments
