As an ESD Physiotherapist, you'll play a vital role in helping patients transition safely and confidently from hospital to home, ensuring they regain independence sooner. About the Team
Our Early Supported Discharge team is a passionate, Multidisciplinary group decidated to helping patients regain independence in the comfort of their own homes. We're a dynamic, transdisciplinary group of nurses and Allied Health professionals who collaborate closely to deliver personalized, home-based rehabilitation
You're calm under pressure, quick thinking and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have a natural ability to stay organized and communicate clearly – even when things get hectic.
Hold New Zealand registration and a current practising certification
Holds a full New Zealand drivers' licence
Strong problem-solving ability
