National Clinic Scheduler

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? We’re looking for a National Clinic Scheduler to join our clientfor a 12-month temporary assignment.

About the Role

As a National Clinic Scheduler, you will play a key role in coordinating clinic schedules across three locations nationwide. You’ll ensure appointments are efficiently managed, resources are provided to patients, and patients receive timely care. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to managing competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage clinic appointments across multiple sites
• Monitor and adjust schedules to accommodate changes and urgent requests
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for compliance
