## Mo tenei turanga mahi | About this roleKaitohutohu Matua | Senior Advisor Leadership DevelopmentLeadership Development Centre | WorkforceWellingtonSecondment or Fixed Term for Parental Leave coverSalary Range : $107,146 – 143,313### About the roleThe Leadership Development Centre (LDC) is looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Advisor to join our Programmes team on a 7-month secondment or fixed-term parental leave cover through to the end of June 2026.In this role, you'll help shape and deliver high-impact leadership development experiences that build capability across the public service.

You'll work collaboratively to design, curate, and refresh programmes that support leaders to thrive in an evolving system.Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver leadership development experiences that build system-wide capability.
  • Curate and refresh existing programmes, products, and services to ensure relevance and quality.
  • Collaborate across agencies to create learning experiences that reflect best practice.
  • Maintain strong networks to stay attuned to leadership development needs across the public sector.You'll bring :
  • Deep expertise in learning design, particularly in leadership development.
  • A system-wide perspective and collaborative mindset.

### RemunerationThe full range for the band is $107,146 to $143,313.

We typically look to appoint to role between $107,146 to 130,507, depending on skills and experience.
