Freelance Social Media Manager – Luxury Launch

Join an exciting project supporting the pre-launch and launch campaign of a luxury collection for a high-end fashion brand. This freelance role focuses on developing and executing a content strategy for Instagram and TikTok, ensuring the brand’s visual identity and storytelling are consistently represented across all touchpoints. The campaign runs from late October through the end of November, culminating in a major launch event. You will play a key role in building anticipation, engaging the community, and amplifying the brand’s presence in the luxury fashion space.

Deliverables

  • Develop and manage a content calendar for Instagram and TikTok, including Reels, Stories, and Carousel posts
  • Write engaging captions and hashtags in German (English optional) tailored to the luxury fashion audience
  • Schedule and publish posts, ensuring optimal timing and brand consistency
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments, DMs, and running interactive polls
  • Set up and monitor Instagram Ads to support campaign objectives
  • Coordinate collaborations with 2–3 micro-influencers to expand reach
  • Utilize provided content assets and edit short-form video content using tools such as CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Rush

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media for fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or luxury brands
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok content strategies, trends, and best practices
  • Proficiency in reel editing and visual content creation using CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush, Canva, and Lightroom
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite for scheduling and analytics
  • Excellent written communication skills in German; English proficiency is a plus
  • Ability to maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all content
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Availability for the full campaign period (late October to end of November)
  • Experience coordinating influencer collaborations is highly desirable
