Key Responsibilities :

1. Teaching & Lesson Planning

Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
Use interactive teaching methods to make learning fun and effective.
Incorporate technology, storytelling, and hands-on activities to enhance student understanding.

2. Classroom Management

Maintain a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment.

Encourage student participation, creativity, and independent thinking.

Address behavioral issues using positive reinforcement techniques.

3. Student Assessment & Progress Tracking

Conduct formative and summative assessments to evaluate student progress.

Provide individualized attention to support students with diverse learning needs.

Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide feedback to parents.

4. Communication & Collaboration

Communicate regularly with parents about student progress, challenges, and achievements.

Work closely with fellow teachers, coordinators, and school management to enhance learning experiences.

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.

5. Extracurricular & Holistic Development

Encourage participation in sports, arts, music, drama, and other activities.

Instill moral values, teamwork, and leadership skills in students.

Foster a culture of curiosity, respect, and lifelong learning.
